Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the K9 ProTrain platform and services provided by Lazy E Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of and supplements our Terms of Service.

By using K9 ProTrain, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this policy at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

K9 ProTrain is designed to help professional dog trainers and pet owners manage training programs effectively. All users must:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Report violations of this policy to support@k9protrain.com

You may NOT upload, post, transmit, or share content that:

3.1 Illegal Content

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Contains or distributes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Violates export control or sanctions laws

3.2 Harmful Content

• Is defamatory, libelous, or maliciously false
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contains graphic violence or gore
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene

3.3 Animal Cruelty Content

• Content depicting animal abuse, cruelty, neglect, or torture
• Content promoting or glorifying animal fighting
• Content showing inhumane or abusive training methods
• Content depicting animals in distress for entertainment
• Any content that violates animal welfare laws

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Uses others' content without proper authorization
• Misrepresents the origin or ownership of content

3.5 Deceptive Content

• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains false credentials or qualifications
• Spreads misinformation about animal health or training

3.6 Privacy Violations

• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Shares private communications without authorization
• Doxes or reveals private information to harass

You may NOT engage in the following activities:

4.1 Security Violations

• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Launch denial-of-service attacks
• Intercept or monitor communications without consent

4.2 Platform Abuse

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
• Interfere with the Service's operation or performance
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4.3 Account Misuse

• Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Access another user's account without permission
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations

4.4 Communication Abuse

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harass other users through messages
• Use the messaging system for purposes unrelated to the Service
• Solicit personal information from other users

4.5 Professional Misconduct (For Trainers)

• Misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or experience
• Use training methods that cause harm or distress to animals
• Operate without required licenses or insurance
• Provide services while impaired
• Breach client confidentiality

K9 ProTrain is committed to the humane treatment of all animals. All users must:

• Use only humane, positive, and evidence-based training methods
• Ensure animals receive proper nutrition, water, shelter, and veterinary care
• Never use excessive force, intimidation, or punishment
• Follow all applicable animal welfare laws and regulations
• Report suspected animal abuse to appropriate authorities

6.1 Trainers and Facilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentials
• Provide truthful information about services and qualifications
• Respond to client communications professionally and promptly
• Keep accurate training records
• Protect client data and privacy
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

6.2 Pet Parents

• Provide accurate information about your dog
• Disclose any behavioral issues or health conditions
• Follow trainer recommendations and homework assignments
• Communicate concerns promptly and respectfully

6.3 All Users

• Keep account credentials secure
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Cooperate with investigations of policy violations

7.1 Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, please contact:

• Email: abuse@k9protrain.com
• In-app: Use the "Report" feature on any content

Include as much detail as possible, including screenshots if available.

7.2 Investigation Process

We will investigate reported violations and may take the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Remove violating content
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently terminate account
• Report to law enforcement (for serious violations)

7.3 Immediate Termination

The following violations will result in immediate account termination without warning:

• Animal cruelty content or behavior
• Illegal content (CSAM, etc.)
• Serious security violations
• Repeated violations after warnings
• Fraud or criminal activity

7.4 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting legal@k9protrain.com within 30 days. Include your account information and explanation.

We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required by law or when we believe such cooperation is necessary to:

• Protect the safety of any person or animal
• Prevent illegal activity
• Protect our rights and property
• Comply with legal obligations

We will report suspected animal abuse to local animal control and law enforcement.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
